Easy Breezy Filing

Turbo Tax is user friendly and asked all of the right questions, printing can be challenging sometimes. Ive used Turbo Tax for several years and my motto is "Don't change a good thing when it's working." Thx Turbo Tax

I have used TurboTax several times over the last twenty or so years. Some years I try other programs that are cheaper but keep coming back to TurboTax because it seems to have the things I need.
What's great about it: Very good and detailed program
What's not so great: Could find no reason for need to describe business use of automobile.

My 2012 Review

I like the new version does not change dramatically. Thus, it is easy for return users to use it.
I wish I can enter all individual information in one screen instead of 4 different screens
I feel little annoying that everytime a sub section is complete. I would have to scroll all the way down to the screen for continue to next action. If the button move to the top, I wont have to scroll down.

Made it so easy!

This was my first time doing my taxes on my own. TurboTax made it so easy. I was also able to learn how to save more next year based on the questions they ask. they also made sure to give me ever bit of savings I deserved!
What's great about it: user Friendly
What's not so great: so many steps
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Tax Experience

I really had a great experience filing my taxes. I input most of my items on one and checked them on another and it really was as easy or easier than any filing experience I have had during my years of filing taxes.
What's great about it: Everything was made easy on TurboTax.
What's not so great: I didn't find any cons this year.

Overall I am satisfied and keep using it. I wish it was easier to ask questions live instead of the online community. I would however still recommend it.
What's great about it: I can down load my mutual funds and my W2 Forms
What's not so great: I think entering donated items to Goodwill is tedious.

I've been using turbo tax for a few years and it has saved me so much money in prep fees. I like how it walks me through all scenerios and I don't have to finish my taxes at once. The only drawback from that is that it asks to update when I get back in. Not that big of a deal though. I really think its worth the time to do my own taxes and make sure I get all the deductions we are entitled to without having to pay someone for each form.
What's great about it: walked me through all scenerios
What's not so great: keeps asking to update when you log out and save
