Turbo is TURBO FAST Prep software

Preparing my return was fast and accurate. The ability to upload tax information from partner companies is amazing - works like magic if you know your log on and password which I forgot on one account.
I would like a way to enter Sch D sales on a grid rather than going through the whole easy entry.

Ease of Use

The Deluxe program is easy to follow to do normal returns which include dividends, interest and capital gains, if you want to enter the data yourself. It has met my needs for the last several years.
What's great about it: Easy to follow for non-complicated returns.
What's not so great: Would be nice to turn off state returns. Updates should be limited after April 1.

Love Turbo Tax!

I've used Turbo Tax the last several years. I love the ease of the program. It doesn't take long and they walk you through step-by-step. There is additional online support if needed. Importing last years information is helpful too.

Overall, very pleased with this product!
What's great about it: Very Detailed, like the step-by-step approach
What's not so great: Witholding tax section confusing as it didn't detail until later that W-2 info would transfer over

I saved money using Turbo Tax. It is easy to follow, pop up help boxes answers all your questions plus forums and professional help is available if needed. I will use again next year!
What's great about it: Easy steps
What's not so great: Forgot to enter item, went back, but couldn't return to where I left off. Had to go all the way back through.

This year, the whole process seemed to take less time. Easy terminology on where to place income or expenses.
What's great about it: Easy to go back & fill in missing data
What's not so great: Auto Accident loss a bit difficult to net out
