Smooth and Simple

I was afraid that the new tax laws would make this more difficult. Maybe for you, but It wasn't for me!

What's great about it: Best handling of clergy filing ever. You were one step ahead of me all the way!
What's not so great: I missed the Housing Allowance my first time through, but found it easily when I went back through.

Total Peace of Mind!

This is my third year using Turbo Tax and I'm always amazed at how easy it is to file our taxes. I feel as though I have a professional tax preparer sitting next to me each step of the way. Any hint of nervousness is gone the moment I start because Turbo Tax guides me through every question, every box to fill out and gives me peace of mind every single step. I used to drop off my taxes to an office, but never again! Not only do I learn about my own financial situation, I also know what to do for the next year and how to prepare...Turbo Tax is the BEST!
What's great about it: Easy to understand and guided me through the whole process!
What's not so great: None.

What's great about it: Easy to use - can go guided or pick on individual forms

Still a bit confusing

Had a hard time trying to file the medical expenses part and adding in that deduction as well as verifying my state tax return amount. I think it differed from my 2012 w2 form and can only hope it will process correctly
What's great about it: easy selection of choices
What's not so great: difficulty matching my records to selection of turbotax
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Year after year! Love TurboTax!

I have used TurboTax to file mine and my husband's taxes since 2010. We absolutely love it, and it is so thorough. I love all the features it offers.
The only thing I don't like it the bouncing ball effect as you enter in wages. You get your sight set on one number, only to have it drop because of other wages. There's nothing that really can be done about that though, its just how the IRS operates and it is nerve wracking.
What's great about it: Easy to use, guaranteed to cover what you miss, returning customer
What's not so great: Bouncing ball effect

Fast as always

Overall, another good experience and I got my taxes done in one night. And I have one stock item that is a little difficult, but seems to make it fairly easy to complete. Still a great tool that I will continue to use.
What's great about it: Fast, easy to use, and overall just plain good.
What's not so great: There are a few income and deductions items that you have to hunt for.
