It wasn't that bad- we live in a great country.....so taxes I guess are worth it.

The ease of the program is fantastic! I have used Turbo Tax for several years and highly recommend it.
What's great about it: Ease of use!
What's not so great: The PDF Margins set-up do not fit the entire page. I ended up having to print three copies - lots of paper work.

Refund made easy!

I have been using this software for the past few years and I love it. I continue to use it because it is so easy to use and it helps me to get through all the tax stuff and finds me all of my deductions.
What's great about it: it is so easy to answer all the questions as it takes you step by step through the process.

Do yourself a favor and save the headache of going to a business and having them ask you the same questions in this software.
What's great about it: step by step process for everything
What's not so great: i would be making something up if i put something here.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

My paranoia gets the best of me, but overall, I feel confident I prepared my taxes accurately because the software guides you step by step.
What's great about it: Quick, to the point, guided
What's not so great: Not too clear on Mortgage deductions for refinances
