Got me the best refund

This is the best software to use if you want to make filing your tax returns painless.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and full of resources
What's not so great: Expensive
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I have used this product for 3 years now and it continues to be easy to use and very intuitive. Not sure if I'll even return to a boring and over priced tax advisor again.

Probably the most thorough and helpful version of Turbo Tax yet and I've been using it for years!
What's great about it: very thorough
What's not so great: you have to be persistent about locating the answer to a question especially if you need to go back to a previous area

Interface gets even better; helped w/ storm loss

I've been using TT for several years to file Fed ans Mass returns. I have lots of miscellaneous income and deductions, and the import of data from prior years is a great time saver. I like the side-by-side 2012 vs 2011 comparison.
This year I needed to file for storm damage losses. I dreaded having to research what did and what did not qualify for a deduction, and then entering a bunch of info to keep the IRS trolls at bay, but TT walked me through it with little fuss.
The audit risk meter is a nice visual, but it does not figure in how I fill out my return. Still, it is reassuring to know I am not a stand-out in the eyes of the IRS auditors.
Keep up the good work, TT coders!
What's great about it: Improved user interface; good help with causalty loss
What's not so great: Would like option to suppress Est Tax vouchers

CONFUSED BY STATE TAXES

THE SECTION ON STATE TAXES FELT A LITTLE LIKE TRICKERY TO GET ME TO BUY SOMETHING I DID NOT NEED; FLORIDA. AND WHILE UPDATING I FREAKED OUT THINKING I HAD LOST ALL MY INFO., HENCE SOMEONE HAD MADE THE LIVE CHAT COMMENT OF SUCH OCCURRENCES.
