Refund went better as planned!

Some of the question you could of had better details on how to accomplish the task at hand. Like pictures of captions actually showing how to do it.
What's great about it: Fast and easy!
What's not so great: could of explained stuff a little better
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Last year I did my taxes online with another company. When I went to get my information from last year I could not access it due to password issues. I have used Turbo tax for twelve years other than last year. I am back to Turbo Tax this year and will use it again next year. I can save all my information on my own media for safe keeping. I also can keep a copy on my computer if I wish. It takes a little time to do but it is very detailed in the information it asks for. Until someone can prove different I will continue to use Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: updates info from last year. I have my own back up at home
What's not so great: has some cost to it.

Making my Life Easier

Turbo Tax Deluxe is wonderful! It helps me out each year! with ease, I am able to prepare my taxes and crunch numbers for possible deductions or contributions to IRA's that I'm considering. It really helps make my life easier around tax time. Thank you Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: All calculations done quickly, editing numbers with ease, able to print & efile quickly
What's not so great: I don't care for all of the additional fees for help that I think should be included already.

What's great about it: Turbo Tax gets the job done for my family. ( AFAIKnow ). The Charitable Donations mechanism seemed easier this year.
What's not so great: The personal info page at the start should auto-fill & then go away. The people profile lead-ins are unnecessary.

Great Program Until You Submit

It was awesome until I tried to efile. It said I needed updates and wouldn't download them. I finally manually downloaded from the website.
What's great about it: great with forms and figures
What's not so great: Software glitch when efiling

Please have a medical single worksheet. Every year we have to change numbers on the 1st medical page as the others appear.

I can make one for you, but I am very expensive, Well worth it but very expensive.
What's great about it: Relatively Fast to complete
What's not so great: Medical section is confusing & requires multiple recalculations

I always enjoy using turbotax each year. It makes the whole tax filing process a whole lot easier and less stressful each year. Thanks.

EASY, EASY, EASY

All in all, TurboTax was easier to use this year than in previous years for me. I have been using TurboTax for about 12 years.
What's great about it: I was afraid of married filing separately, and this year Turbo Tax made it so understandable.
What's not so great: When searching for IRS publication, the regular publication didn't come up and made it difficult to look for specifics.
