So easy to use

I have used Turbo Tax for years doing my Federal and State taxes and returns for my children as well. I like that Turbo Tax can transfer information from prior years returns thereby saving me time. The step by step walk through process makes it easy to gather and enter all information needed to get the max deductions and credits. Help is right at your finger tips with the pop up messages explaining what things mean and how they apply. The charitable deduction ItsDeductible feature is great to help track and calculate your donations throughout the year. I like having the reminders if I missed entering anything or have any typos. I wouldn't consider using anything but Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Step by step walk through, help at your finger tips
What's not so great: Extra charge for state electronic filing

Super software!

I wish I used this software years ago, compare with manually prepare tax, this software is like magic to me, easy to use and save a tons of time. I am very happy to reconmand the software to all my friends.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, save a lots of time to prepare tax.
What's not so great: I like everything of it.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and each year it has gotten easier and easier to file my taxes.. Thanks Intuit, keep up the great work on Turbo Tax.

Happy then Confused

I was surprised when I saw payment vouchers print out, especially since I owed no taxes. Turbo Tax says I don't have to use them, so why print them? If I'm penalized by the IRS what will Turbo Tax do for me???
What's great about it: Thorough, all of my tax concerns were covered with the Deluxe version
What's not so great: Can't print the return without opening as a PDF.

Love the consistency!

I appreciate that Turbo Tax is consistently reliable. Other companies have not served me as well as Turbo Tax does. I have used it for several years now and don't even consider going elsewhere.

Easier than ever

Doing my taxes was even easier than it was last year. It seemed more user friendly. I like the way I can click on items to get an explanation about what is being asked. I like that key words are highlighted. The only thing I don't like is having to pay to file my State Tax Return electronically.
