I had not used Turbo in at least 3 years and was a bit leary. But once the program started and it guided me through each step, I was assured that my return would be accurate. It's great to be able to rely on Turbo's accurate IRS guidelines and assistance needed! Thank you Turbo Tax, you saved me $200!!!
What's great about it: Intuitive, error checks, up-to-date forms,
What's not so great: None really, if enter accurate information, will have no problems

Turbo Tax was easy to load from a CD, easy to update through the internet, easy to enter and review data, ran a thorough error check, and made electronic filing painless.
What's great about it: Turbo was extremely user friendly. It let me through my tax return item by item, line by line.

This was the first time I filed my own taxes without parent assistance and TurboTax was a great way to get through the tax process. It is so easy, it's like riding a bike!!!!

I HAD PENALTY BUT NO MENTION UNTIL THE END.
I WOULD LIKE TO PRINT SOME SCREENS SUCH AS Y/Y COMPARISONS.
AT THE END THE PRINT/SAVE/E-FILE CHOICES ARE A BIT ROUGH. IT SHOULD EXPLAIN HOW I CAN PAY AND E-FILE SOONER.
I RECALL ONE YEAR WHEN I WANTED TO E-FILE BUT AT THE VERY END IT SAID I HAD TOO MANY CHARITABLE FORMS TO E-FILE. THIS WARNING SHOULD HAPPEN SOONER.
I AM A REPEAT CUSTOMER AND WILL USE TURBOTAX NEXT YEAR.

Turbo Tax to the rescue!

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and find it a very useful and efficient product. My job takes me to many states; therefore, I am required not only to file a federal return but sometimes numerous state returns. I have found Turbo Tax to be straight forward and easy to complete my returns, even for those years that I have "unusual" activity. Every year my taxes get done sooner as the process has not changed drastically and I know what to expect with the product. Thank you Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Quick and easy process thru the A-Z of filing a return
What's not so great: Sometimes the clarifying points are not clear enough
