I would like to see a copy of the IRS form on a split screen being filled out as I go through the process. I, like most people, are accustomed to filling out the 1040, sched.A, schd B etc and are comfortable with them and don't want to just blindly enter our information and hope that it all comes out correctly. It would be nice to see a "hard copy" being filled out as you go.
Also, the screen at end where you want to get a printed copy of the return is very confusing on how to get it to print.

Works good every year

This works in tandem with Quicken, but i rarely use them together. It works best in online linking of your information from banks and investments, and can download K-1's, 1099's etc. It imports 90% + of the information without you having to hand enter very much at all except deductions...
And, it remembers last years calculations for next year, for carryovers, logins, e-filing signatures, etc. So once you use it , the next year is even easier than the first one.
What's great about it: WIzards for beginners, direct to forms for old pros
What's not so great: none
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I love Turbo Tax. I always feel confident that my income tax returns are correct. I would never pay a tax preparer when I can do this myself so easily with Turbo Tax.

Turbo-tax is better than ever. I don't hink I will ever pay a single tax professional again when I can get a whole team of professionals in Turbo-Tax.
What's great about it: Step by Step guide was awesome
What's not so great: The only thing missing was a "Seri" giving me directions on how to complete my return.
