Super Easy Filing

I found Turbo Tax to be a very user friendly software for filing my taxes. I am one of those not so computer literate people that have difficulty processing things. With this program I was able to go through the filing process quickly and with almost no fuss and bother. I was also able to e-file which save d another issue I would have to deal with and that would have been the Post Office. I high;ly recommend Turbo Tax to any all people of all ages for a quick and easy filing.
What's great about it: User friendly, quick, not a hassle getting through the process
What's not so great: I didn't like additional questions after I answered no to an area

FAST!

Extremely user friendly and easy to use. Just answer the questions and you're done. "Simple!"
What's great about it: fast, user friendly and secure!
What's not so great: Refund would have been nice, but I already knew I would have to pay.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Makes it easy to file refund

TurboTax is a very user friendly software and makes it easy to file taxes. Sometimes for non-standard situations it is difficult to locate the right information, but that is very rare.
Until last year, one state was included in the TurboTax Deluxe, but this year there is a hefty fee to include the state. I would like to pay upfront a small amount and not surprised by a hefty fee in the middle of things.
What's great about it: User friendly
What's not so great: Some things are hard to locate for an average user for non-standard situations

Turbo Tax Ahoy!

I've been using turbo tax since the 90's and I don't see any reason to change. It works well and I love the continuity, would highly recommend to all.
What's great about it: Quick and Easy
What's not so great: None

ON THE STATE TAXES "UNDERPAYMENT PENALTY " WHY DON'T YOU CALCULATE THE NUMBER SINCE YOU KNOW MY FEDERAL ADJUSTED GROSS INCOME FROM LAST YEAR INSTEAD OF MAKING ME CALCULATE IT. ALSO, THIS ITEM IS NOT EXPLAINED LIKE MOST OF THE OTHER TURBO TAX ITEMS..
What's great about it: IT IS EASY TO ENTER THE INFORMATION
What's not so great: THE FILING PORTION IS CONFUSING.

Filing my taxes was a breeze

TurboTax has improved the experience since the last time I used the product 3 years back. Will definitely use it again next time.
What's great about it: Automatically figuring out what the right deductions are for me
What's not so great: Basic stock transactions such as "Sell to cover" not automated in Deluxe edition; not worth upgrading just for that

I liked the way I was led through my returns. The questions asked helped me to get more deductions.
