Overall, still the best. Was done in less than 30min
What's great about it: Fast for a simple return if you don't use the guide
What's not so great: Still a lot of non-applicable questions for a very basic return
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Tax return filed finally.
What's great about it: one place to get all state programs to file correctly
What's not so great: had trouble down loading programs on old XP computer had to borrow a newer computer to use

Overall this is a very good product. There needs to be more banking and brokerage institutions on their list that you can type in your online login info and have Turbo tax automatically get the info. Or add a feature where you can import a PDF 1099 or W2 directly into turbotax. More automation and less typing is the next step for this great product.
What's great about it: ease of use, fairly quick and inexpensive
What's not so great: not enough institutions in the list

Best Turbo Tax ever.

The best Turbo Tax yet. I would never have finished all my taxes if I did not have this software. I have used it for 15 years and it got better every year. I will use it next year.
What's great about it: The ability to change mistakes.

I like working with Turbo Tax because it does walk you through step by step in language that you can understand.
What's great about it: Step by step guidance all the way through.
What's not so great: Expensive to buy every year

Overall I have used Turbo Tax for many years and it allows me the insurance that I am working with the most updated tax information
What's great about it: Saving as PDF and ability to e-file. No paper.
What's not so great: Hard to navigate when you need to go back into prior information.
