Easiest Way to do Taxes

Have been using Turbo Tax for years. Never a problem. One or two times I had a hard time searching for something specific, but not a big issue.
What's great about it: Easy to Use

Relatively Easy

Does a pretty good job of tracking past years's information and smoothing out the process.
What's great about it: Seemed to know more about taxes than I did
What's not so great: Keeps returning to a longer and longer page which requires me to scroll down every time.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Have been using Macintax/Turbotax since marrying 35 years ago.
What's great about it: Allows me to prepare taxes easily and with confidence.
What's not so great: Not Free :)

Easy to file

Turbo Tax is easy to get through and file taxes. Efile is especially easy to file. Liked the way everything was categorized.
What's great about it: step by step instructions, e-file
What's not so great: going back to certain sections can be confusing, error check can bring up areas that were not covered in initial review

Great Product with Assistance

I have been using this software since it became available. I like the idea you download online. Is available for free for certain filers. Just wish the help section contained more information outside the software issues.
What's great about it: Userr friendly, error checks, reminders.
What's not so great: Wish the help section contained more information without paying additional for upgrad, it is expensive enough

VT state tax form

May not use the program again unless this error which has occurred with other users, as well, is fixed. Have used this program for several years. Am extremely disappointed.
