Turbo Tax Review

I've used Turbo Tax several years and it seems to get easier every year! The questions are easy to understand and the "learn" button is very helpful. It's great to be reminded of every thing to prevent forgetting to include deductions that aren't common. Thanks!
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Sometimes a bit difficult to go back and change something.

Taxes Were a Snap Thanks to Turbo Tax

For the most part I would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone who wants to do their own taxes. I have used other tax programs but have found Turbo Tax the easiest and the best for the price. In addition, Turbo Tax tells you which will get you the most money back (either the standard deduction or itemizing). I've used Turbo Tax for many years and do both my and my Mother's taxes with it. Thanks Turbo Tax for helping me and my Mom get the best possible refund!
What's great about it: Program tells me which direction to go to get the most money back.
What's not so great: If I don't understand the definition of a term sometimes it's not explained in terms that are easily understood.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall, it is very easy to use and is a logical progression thru the various areas. It is not easy to move back and forth from data entry to seeing the actual forms.
