Easy to navigate through

This was my first time and I am happy with that product. The Help feature is really effective and precise.
What's great about it: answers all questions as they actually occur ti me.
What's not so great: I was a little confused at the review step

I have been using TurboTax since 1999. It just keeps getting better!
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Can't import old tax year after starting return

I've enoyed TurboTax for years, I did skip a year and was not happy. In my opinion the other tax company was not as easy.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax does go the extra mile in checking all numbers
What's not so great: I don't always know what to add

Excellent Tax Software - for anybody to use!

I've use Turbo Tax for many years and find that it is very easy to navigate through the questions and forms. In all the years that I have used Turbo Tax, there have been very few things that were not covered in the Deluxe Edition. I have referred many friends to this program and all have been very satisfied!
What's great about it: Easy to use, Accurate, Easy to find answers, Covers anything you need to know
What's not so great: Once in a while I can't find an answer and have a difficult time trying to find a way to connect with Turbo Tax

Easy Money!

I always dred doing my taxes, but turbo tax makes it easy. My family's returns are not very complicated and this software allows me to enter the information quickly and explore other areas of the tax code that may or may not apply without concern if I am screwing it up.
What's great about it: Easy to use and lets the more experienced customer breeze through their returns.
What's not so great: none

I'D RATHER PUT $$ IN MY POCKET INSTEAD OF PAYING A SERVICE AND TURBO TAX IS VERY DETAILED, COVERS EVERYTHING IN A STEP BY STEP METHOD THAT IS VERY USER FRIENDLY...TOP NOTCH PROGRAM AND I WILL CONTINUE TO USE IT EVERY YEAR
