refund not what i expected

Turbo tax does their best and i do believe that their walk through process is as wasy as one may find, but i feel like i ended up paying taxes when i should have gotten a refund.
What's great about it: saves timea nd money

I enjoy doing my taxes with Turbo Tax software. It's easy to use and so helpful. The "It's Deductable" software helps with item contributed to charities.
What's great about it: It's Deductable is such a helpful tool. Checking for errors gave me peace of mind. Finding out "what is this" helped

Easy To Prepare

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and it makes preparing my taxes including the brokerage trades by my money manager a snap. I use to hire a CPA but when they came up with exactily to the penny as Turbo Tax I decided to go it on my own. That was about a decade ago!
What's great about it: Downloading of fiancial data from brokerage firm
What's not so great: Attempts to get me to purchase package for state tax when Fl does require filing
