I have been using the Turbo Tax system in the past few years. I like how much of the information is imported to the new year's use. It is fast and easy, even for as a non computer expert! I have recommend the program to others. Now another year of filing is done.
What's great about it: fast

Easy to understand questions , fairly easy format ... been using for a few years now so easier each year of experience with Turbo Tax

This saves a lot of time. It is a great application and service. I wish it could read my snail mail forms and provide all the data from my last year's turbo tax application. But all in all this application really rocks!
What's great about it: Easy peasy
What's not so great: It would have been nice to copy in last year's data for all entered data
