We have used TurboTax the last several years, and we will probably continue to use it in the future. I like that we can get questions answered along the way. The help is very clear and not too technical.
What's great about it: I was able to get helpful answers along the way.
What's not so great: Sometimes when you hit "back" it would send you to the beginning of the section, not to the last screen.

I have been using Turbo tax since 2004. Every year I have a good experience with no trouble. Change is a challenge but with Turbo tax all the tax changes are easy.

A happy tax customer around tax time seems like an oxymoron, but it is true! I am very pleased with the ease of entering all our information. I can remember a time when I would pull my hair out trying to figure out what to do, what documents I needed, and tax time just seemed to drag on forever, even when working with a CPA. This year was a breeze and I love imports. My only complaint is that I did hate when I went back to recheck each section to make sure I filled everything out right I had to recheck boxes I previously checked, made me doubt my entries before and worry about messing up my return.
What's great about it: Turbo tax makes complicated IRS questions understandable
What's not so great: I didn't like having to recheck my boxes again when I reviewed sections

I use your program every year. It is great, will continue to use as long as it is available.
What's great about it: quick and easy

always very helpful finding deductions I would have missed. only issue was entering upfront money received for mineral rights as it was listed as other.

I had switched to the main competitor a few years ago. But last year I had a little snag and had to call customer support--it was a disappointing experience. So I resolved to try TurboTax again.
I found the screens bright, clear, and friendly. Unlike the other company's product, I didn't have to go searching for specific, out-of-the ordinary deductions.

Overall this is a grate product. Convenient not to look up forms and fill out work sheets.this product checks your accuracy.

Turbo Tax 2012

I have been using Turbo Tax since my 1997 tax return. It has made life much easier at tax time. Keeping my files on a removable hard drive makes it easy, even when I upgrade to a new computer.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is extremely easy to use. It loads my information from the previous year and guides me through step-by-step.
What's not so great: It didn't fully explain all of the required inputs on my state return.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
