Positive Results

Overall, very happy with product again. I have used it for several years and it has yielded positive results. Would highly recommend and plan to use it in future years.
What's great about it: Very easy, step by step process of competing tax returns
What's not so great: Ability to delete states after adding them to profile would be beneficial

Quick and Easy

Been using Turbo Tax for many years and always a great experience. Really like the way the help files explain things in plain English, not heavy accounting lingo.
What's great about it: Guided or Self Paced
What's not so great: Too Many Updates, never feel like it's correct

I have used Turbo tax for 21 years I have all copies of Turbo tax sense 1990. I have the 3.5" disks.

Greatest Software Ever

Using this software was very convenient and easy. It made doing my taxes less stressful.
What's great about it: It did not take as long to complete my tax returns this year.

User-Friendly

This is my thrid year using Turbo Tax and it's much improved over my last two experiences. Whatever changes were made were for the better. This version is much more user friendly and explanatory. Much easer to manuver through and understand.

Filing taxes is really pretty simple w/Turbo Tax

Turbo Tax certainly is the easiest solution to filing tax returns. I've used it for more than two decades. I always feel that the it gives me the the most accurate return. Great product and will continue to use it for many years to come!
What's great about it: Quick, easy and accurate!
What's not so great: I still don't like paying for state returns; should be included.
