I love Turbo Tax

I have been able to file more difficult returns and easy ones without much difficult at all - and even when I ran into some issues the community was able to help me out. I have used some of the services at the end as well just to make sure I was protected too just in case (on the more difficult one).
What's great about it: Super easy to follow
What's not so great: No real cons

Although the process of filing taxes is long, with Turbotax the only down fall was the slow update process but that is with any computer software update. Love Turbotax and continue to use it year after year after year.

Easy to Use Tax Softwae

I am a first time user. If you have your tax records and receipts in order, the software is quite easy to use. E-filing option is quite convenient.
What's great about it: Accurte, double checked, and very easy to use.
What's not so great: Requird entry of dates for medical expenses and charitable contributions.

7th year with Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 7 years and love how easy it is to do my return. Both of my children now use Turbo Tax. This year had a little scare when my state tax withholding did not transfer to the state form. My taxes due were $4500 vs 454 they should have been. Went to forms and put it in there and then it was good. Still love Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: The ease for completing my return

What's great about it: So easy to do. Just follow along!
What's not so great: Had trouble with the updates on older PC. Used daughter's newer one and everything went smooth.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
