Worry-Free Tax Preparation!

I have the utmost faith in Turbo Tax. The guided process is wonderful and will not allow you to miss anything. I have recommended Turbo Tax to friends and plan to continue to do so.
Thank you for your tax expertise all these years!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax makes sure that I don't forget anything
What's not so great: I can't think of one. I have used Turbo Tax for years, love it.

I love TB (Turbo Tax that is)

I've been using Turbo Tax for the last 5 years and they just keep getting better and easier to use. Looking forward to using TB for many more years to come. How about a loyal user discount? :-)
What's great about it: Super Fast
What's not so great: They don't pay me to use their product
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I do a few people's returns. I can easily check status and work completed.
It really makes it a breeze. But don't tell my family I really didn't toil for hours!

The only thing is that would top this off if at least on state efile was included. Or the number of efiles included could be either federal or state.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate
What's not so great: No free efiling for state

Over all it was good experience. Would like to see some features that would allow me to try different scenarios and options.

Consistently good, but stumbles in a few areas

Does a great job on my return. I have found that it sometimes is tricky when working on returns for my children who are in college. It asks if they are students, but then goes on down the path as if they are entering the 1098-T instead of asking if the parents put all of it on their return.
What's great about it: Discovered deductions/credits I did not realize I could get
What's not so great: Dependent returns for college students can get tricky
