What's great about it: Return way quick and easy with detailed interview to ensure to deductions
What's not so great: cost of e-file foe state return

It's not expensive, it is extremely easy to use. Help is at your finger tips. Free E-filing. What more could you ask for.

Not so bad

Turbo Tax gets me through the 24 hours pre April 15.
What's great about it: Very smartly organized
What's not so great: Wish there were a visual showing my progress! Like a growing tree or house or some graphic to encourage me.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Somewhat dissapointed in the surprise fees at the completion of returns. I have used turbotax before and I don't recall having to pay a fee at the end - after all I paid for the product. At least last year I was able to donate to save some trees. Guess that won't happen again.
What's great about it: Fair to Midland
What's not so great: Unexpected additional costs that were not there last year

Overall, it is a worthwhile investment to use TurboTax. I've been using it for years and it definitely makes tax season easier.

I love Turbo Tax and have used it for many years. I would never switch to another software despite their good advertisements. I rely on Turbo to correct my mistakes and always file the most accurate information.
What's great about it: so very easy to use and input data
What's not so great: trouble printing only the form I want
