Thorough and easy to use

Good program. Have used it for quite a while. Proven to be very reliable.
What's great about it: Able to review each item at any time over time

Worked like a charm

Only took about 2 hours to do. Would have been less however I lost all my previous 10+ years of return when my other computer crashed destroying my motherboard and both hard drives. I had to enter all last years data manually. Plus the new Windows 8 is a bear to use. I miss my Windows XP machine. I knew there was an error somewhere because I was getting a refund I knew I shouldn't. Took about 4 hours to find the error and correct it.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Much better than previous years
What's not so great: Some issues printing in PDF form - NOT caused by TurboTax however.

Loving it! Easy to navigate

I have used Turbo Tax in the past and have always enjoyed the easy of this software, however the recent improvements are magnificent.

I've used Turbo Tax for several years now. It is easy to use and costs a lot less than having a professional tax preparer do my taxes. I have recommended the program to both my sons now that they can do their own taxes.

I use Turbo Tax every year since 1997. It keeps my taxes straight and to the point.
What's great about it: easy to use and accurate, also transfers data from previous year.
What's not so great: Cost

Easy to use

Easy to use, real time saver, when you live in one state and work in another the second state download is expensive compared to the full cost of the Federal and first state return.
What's great about it: Easy, accurate, effecient
What's not so great: Extra state return was expensive

Another year - tough one with college kid!

Have filed for years, but not the best experience this year. 529 processing where recipient of tax form was not student was challenging. Need more work here TT.
What's great about it: like the wizard approach
What's not so great: 529 payment processing was confusing
