I used this product for years and love it.

I highly recommend this product. Its super simple to use. It saves your info from last year and uses it to update next year's, and you can do your own taxes from home in about 2 hours. I've been using it for the last 8 years and have never been audited and never had a problem with this product.
What's great about it: Don't have to be a tax pro to understand changes to tax laws. I can dowload and file my own taxes in about 2 hours.
What's not so great: haven't found any.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This year was different from previous years because of several changes in our life I considered getting my taxes done by a professional but tried it out myself with turbo tax and it was much easier than I anticipated......thank you for releiving the stress!!!!!!!

Good but has been better in past

I found this year and last year much more tedious in finding what I needed. I fumbled through some of the pages tying to find things like forms I needed and help with these forms. In the past looking for things was easily placed in the toolbar and took you where you wanted to go. Please try to improve this aspect. I hate when things become more difficult, if it's been working don't fix it.
What's great about it: Like the ease of filing
What's not so great: Had trouble navigating this year. Not easy to find the forms I needed

Excellent program

Overall, I have used this program for many years and have found it to be the best of the best. I have never had an issue with any return and will continue to use it as my only tax filing software. I also use Quicken and that is terrific too.
What's great about it: Goes through every possible situation
What's not so great: Can sometimes take a while to go through all the areas
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

easy refund

We have simple taxes, Turbotax Delux (with state) allows me and my wife to get through the myriad of tax documents in about 1-2 hours and be confident in our result. We have used this product for years and will continue to use it in the future.
What's great about it: the system as a whole

Transfers make taxes easier

Pro - with W2 and Financial institution (Schwab) downloading saved me hours of entry and figuring out cost basis of stock sales.
Con - better explanation of how Saving work (e.g. when you logout, automatically saved or save message pops up) -- I played it safe, and hit save often. Same thing again during print preview before efiling -- mention that you will be able to print and SAVE pdf.
What's great about it: Downloads make easier entry
What's not so great: Save button should be better explained

Easy to work with if you have question not a problem finding answer. i like the step by step set-up. this is my tenty year of useing Turbo Tax every year it get better.
