It would be a lot easier if errors are found if they would highlight them in a different color, like yellow. it was very confusing as to what my error was.
What's great about it: easy to use and explanations simple to understand
What's not so great: when you have an error it was kind of confusing what the error was

always like to use turbo tax for my taxes. i think it results in maximum refunds and its very easy to navigate our complex tax code.

Easy Filing

Over the past few years I have been entering tax info for my daughter. I told her she would have to enter it this year and it was breeze for her with just a little help from me.
What's great about it: Step by step guide
What's not so great: review/correct was not as clear as I would have liked

Turbo Tax is easy to use

Past years our taxes have been pretty simple with just W2s and unemployment. This year was a little more challenging with independent consultant - sales as a part time business and then also some 401K $$ withdrawn. But I made it through the steps and finished with a mid low risk of audit. I purchased the audit help just in case. It's worth peace of mind. I know there are chat features but I have never used them. Maybe next year.
What's great about it: easy to follow step by step instructions
What's not so great: not having some next to you when you have questions

turbo tax

The problem with the program freezing up and the misdirection that caused me to pay for the program again, I think that I was refunded the money. This was the only draw back to the whole process. This is the third consecutive year that I have used Turbo Tax and I will continue to use it in the future.
What's great about it: Good directions

Easy as Pie

Used turbo tax for probably the 15th year in a row. Everything was just as easy as it has always been. Have never had any problems with Turbotax at all. Very easy to use and actually being able to transfer info from prior years saved me this year when I lost my daughters W-2. All the info just imported from last year.
What's great about it: Speed, ease of use
What's not so great: a few steps were not in order
