It went so smoothly that I thought there should be more to it.
What's great about it: step by step
What's not so great: Clicked on tabs and had to continue to see anything- wanting summary to view easier.

Easy Easy Easy. Have used Turbo many years now.
Takes into account any changes. Asks all the right questions. Love having all the previous Year's info entered for me. Great Program.

Turbo Tax is a great and simple alternative to paying big money to a company to do my taxes for me. And I can say..."I did my taxes myself"!

What's great about it: Simple, Fast, and accurate!!
What's not so great: Ummm....I would have to had payed to efile my state.

I use to have my Aunt whom is a CPA do my taxes every year for I never knew what I could and couldn't deduct. Using turbotax step by step questions the program asked me all the important questions I would have skipped over resulting in a decreased amount of refund.
What's great about it: step by step guidance of deductions and/or credits
What's not so great: none

I really like this program. We get it every year to do our taxes. It is very easy to use and self explanatory. We will continue to use it for all of our tax filings.

Good Program - Thoughtful Customer Support

TT Deluxe handled rental properties and partnership income with no difficulty. When it turned up an error on a form I should not have had to fill, the problem was solved by a support call that walked me back through the initial forms to discover an incorrect check box entry, and my problem was solved.
What's great about it: Covers all the bases
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to go back to correct errors

Good Program

Your Product has been easy to use. I started using Turbo Tax online in the 1990s and switched to deluxe a few years ago. I like the ease of the program. easy to understand, can find the answers to all problems with the click of the mouse inside the program. It is the only program I have ever used.
What's great about it: Help as you go.
What's not so great: Take a minute or two to load.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
