Serves our family's multiple returns very well

It provides a a great platform for the various scenarios that apply to our family's different tax returns. Additionally allows us to compare various filing options to evaluate the best approach to our tax filings.
What's great about it: Steps us through the process to assure we cover all areas
What's not so great: A tedious going through all options when they don't apply
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Use it Every Year

We use this every year.. they make it super easy to use and follow.... I will not pay someone at a tax place to basically do the same thing...
What's great about it: The ease of it
What's not so great: Charges for state e-file

Excellent as Always

Had work reviewed by H&R Block this year. They were very nice but found no further savings. If I were to use them, I'd probably use TurboTax to collect my data.
What's great about it: Quick and easy
What's not so great: Some items still a little mysterious

If I was married with kids and the whole shabang I would go to a professional just to make sure all is correct but perfect for college kids and young professionals with not much to report.

No refund!

I can't believe that I only take 1 deduction/ per person, and I still have to pay in $750! Something is drastically wrong here, or with the IRS system

Helped Complete a Very Difficult Return

I had to file a very difficult form with a quick sale of my business at a huge loss after being diagnosed with cancer and given 6-18 months. Fortunately, the diagnosis of imminent death was wrong, but the sale greatly complicated my return. TurboTax made it do-able.
What's great about it: Forms, Easy Guide
What's not so great: Support seems not as good a previously

Saved again this year by TurboTax. I was able to complete the forms and e-file just in time. What would I do without TurboTax?

This is the second time I've done this with Turbo Tax and
I absolutely love it! It guided me through the entire form.
