Quick and easy

The software is very easy to install and use, I've been using turbo tax since 1998 I just wish you had a version that included multi state returns, I work in NJ and live in NY
What's great about it: very easy to file
What's not so great: there is an additional charge to file more than one state return
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I love turbo tax ,I have used this program for the last 10yrs.and plain on useing it untill I don't have to do taxes anymore . It's very easy to use .They send it straight to my home in time for tax preperation. They also have it so you can just download from their website , i just perfer the CD. I tell my friends and Just people in general they should try Turbo Tax.

Having used TurboTax for several years I was pleasently surprised on how easy it was to download my information from my employer and investment companies.
What's great about it: Easy to use

No Stress!

It's easy, but it takes time. I always go through all the questions because I don't want to miss anything. But when you are done, it just sends it off for you and saves you a copy to look up things next year. Have used it 12 years now.
What's great about it: Imports all my stuff year after year, Finds everything for me. Mostly I just answer yes or no!
What's not so great: Sometimes it's hard to correct a mistake - especially on a review. You have to hunt for the correct form.

Doubled my refund!

This has been the best experience! I tried doing my taxes myself, but gave up. Used Turbo Tax and doubled my refund! I recommend Turbo Tax to anyone filing taxes.
