I find Turbo tax to be simple and easy to use. You don't have to deal with often rude and discourteous tax preparers who only put down what you give them and have never found additional deductions for me.

The step-by-step interview format makes it very simple to input all the necessary info. Going through every step takes a while, but you don't miss anything.
The forms feature, and being able to return to different parts of the process are convenient.

Super Fast Tax File !!!

Turbo Tax is easy to use for anyone. If you have never filed before Turbo Tax will walk you through, step by step. If you hate the time it takes to do your taxes, Turbo Tax makes it quick and easy.
What's great about it: I love how Turbo Tax fills in all the information from my last tax file. Also the easy to use question format.
What's not so great: There is no explanation on the DOT meal deduction.

Your program was very easy to use. This was my first time using as my husband has always done our taxes. I was very pleasantly surprised at how well the program helps you get through the process of doing the taxes.Thanks for the good experience I've had in using your program. I'm looking forward to using it again next year!

I have been using Turbo tax for years. Kill less trees this way. I do not like how pin is assigned, too easy to figure it
out. i do like e-file since married couples are always hit harder.

Don't really understand why my wife's disability is not able to be claimed? Did not get an explanation, only does not qualify.
What's great about it: simplicity and step-by-step
What's not so great: feds take to much
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

On the whole very good. Next year may upgrade to Premier Edition.

What's not so great: One of my 1099-B's had return of principal entries. No info in help section
