Great Refund

I started my tax return a little late this year, but with Turbo Tax I was able to breeze through it, find deductions that I would never have had the time to find myself, and file it for free through the E-file system. I have used this program for years and can't think of any reason why I would ever change.
What's great about it: Got the best refund without any the time and hastle of leaving my desk
What's not so great: It seems too easy

This is by far the easiest, safest and fastest tax software I've ever used! I would recommend it to anyone dreading an encroaching tax season. I know I once did. This is so easy anyone could use it!
What's great about it: the speed at which such a formerly lengthy process could be performed!
What's not so great: a few of the help bubbles were a tad confusing but i worked through them just fine

I like the product. I always feel confident that my forms are accurate and I haven't missed anything.
What's great about it: Easy to use, leads me through everything.
What's not so great: I had difficulties printing this year.

Super Easy for You

Turbo tax is The best way to file taxes. Being a recent MBA graduate in finance and information security, I can tell you that their calculations are spot on and delivered with code exactness. Turbo tax is for everyone, regardless of your educational level or profession. Use it.
What's great about it: organized work flow, easy to read fonts, step-by-step help
What's not so great: none that i can think of
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax almost makes doing taxes fun

I have been using TurboTax since it first came out in the early 1990’s.
It really does get easier to use each year.
The carryover from the previous year is invaluable, particularly when it come to carryovers of business items, such as installment sales and gains & losses.
The interview process appears to be very thorough which gives me confidence that I am not missing anything.
I have convinced a number of people to try TurboTax.

What's great about it: Carry over from previous years is invaluable
What's not so great: More choices in printing so that you do not print a lot of pages you do not need.

It is easy to use, imports past years, imports from my Morgan Stanley Smith Barney account. I never know how to figure out what part of MSSB to include, so really appreciate that Turbo Tax "reads" those numbers for me.
What's great about it: Imports previous year, asks me all sorts of questions
