I have been using TurboTax for over ten years, and I always feel confident my taxes are done correctly. The walk along or go on your own is great, as well as, the handy links to answer all of your questions is you get stuck.
What's great about it: Liked all of the program.
What's not so great: Did not have any dislikes

Following the format that is given will keep you on the right path. After years of using the Deluxe I have gained confidence in the product, Folow it step by step will give you the best result.
What's great about it: 8 yrs using delux
What's not so great: trouble navigating when I am looking for answers

Turbo Tax is very easy to use, if you can follow a recipe for a simple dish then Turbo Tax is for you. Why pay more, when you can do it with confidence, convenience and the comfort of your own home, especially with three kids, tax offices are not a playground:)

Self Tax Prep Made Easy!

I love to use Turbo Tax to file my taxes every year. The software is very user friendly and takes the guess work and anxiety out of preparing my taxes myself. Thanks Turbo Tax for helping people like me make filing my taxes simple and pain free.

It was a breeze until the very end

It would have been 5 stars easy, except when I went to print to mail, it was very confusing I clicked a save to PDF file and then I clicked the print file and part of it came out in what looked like Russian???? I just think you should make it like it was last year and the years before. Big print button and maybe a drop down menu like you have to only print what you want. But there should be a print button for filing your taxes (this way you know all the forms that are suppose to go with it are printed) Thanks again.
What's great about it: The whole thing walks you step by step until the end when you want to print
What's not so great: The whole end of the process printing and printing a copy to save
