Other than Foreign Tax Credit all forms and instructions are very good.
What's not so great: Foreign Tax Credit work sheets give a lot of trouble

The program is generally good. I find it frustrating that when i start the program up to continue my taxes, it does not restart where i left off.

Saves Time

Save tremendous amount of time especially if you can import last year's information. Navigation back to sections already accomplished is easy and straight forward.
I wish intuit would bring back some some of their investment handling features they moved to their more expensive products a few years past.
I also think it would be a better value if the program was $10 cheaper or gave you a free Efile for the state returns. At the current price I have been tempted for the past couple of years to go to a different product.

What's great about it: Easy to re-attack sections already accomplished
What's not so great: Getting a little pricey

The PSO insurance deduction was not clear. I have trouble with it every year! I couldn't find a contact number to ask a question.

Help with form 1310

The instructions for form 1310 say "Send it to hte same Internal Revenue Service Center where he original form was filed. If the original form was filed electronically, mail Form 1310 to the Internal Revenue Service Center designated for the address shown on Form 1310 above. Seee the instructions for the original return for the address."
There is no address shown on the original return.
What's great about it: Helped Generate form 1310
What's not so great: Does not tell me where to send form 1310

Turbo Tax is a great program, since it goes through so many means in which you may have not thought about, and might get a deduction. At the same time it is very informative.
What's great about it: Went through each step, explaining things well

Great, accurate program. Easy to use, understand, and enter correct information.
What's great about it: Great information and easy to figure out
What's not so great: Difficult to find the correct form without having to go through all the steps again, lack of live support
