great program

I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years and every year it gets better. The menus and steps are easy to follow and having the links to the code or to instructions is invaluable. E filed this year and was very pleased with the whole process.
Transferring information from year to year is a great relief. No typing just check and verify and go.

Getting them done!

I have been using Turbo tax for years now and I will never go back to paying to have my taxes done again....This is so easy infact it almost does them for you. as long as you can use a mouse you can do your own taxes! It really is that easy!

I would highly recommend the to anyone, very easy to follow. The system checks itself for errors and double checks itself. Also tells you your risk factor for an audit. I was very pleased!!!

2012 Refund

Over all it was fast processing my refund on-line, but I wish I would have none upfront about having to pay for the State.
What's great about it: You can receive assistance instantly
What's not so great: You just have to wait fora period of time.

Consistent, Excellent Details; Still can improve

Used it for years and does a great job. Wonderful how it remembers things from year to year when you transfer the old return.
At times is very slow running on even a fast modern PC; stalls and you have to just wait.
Many interesting things it tells you on the screen cannot be easily printed out during the interview. I do screen shot and paste into file for later printing (e.g. summary of deductible IRAs). Would be great if it added the ability to just print what is on the screen during the interview.
What's great about it: All the forms, automatic links between them, audit check
What's not so great: Cannot print some screens for record; Slow running
