Use it every year

I use Turbo Tax every year with great results. The one thing that keeps me from giving it five stars is that I seem to get forms that dont pertain to my situation. If I just do a section to see if it applies to me, I get a form. Otherwise, great product.
What's great about it: Fast Easy Accurate
What's not so great: Forms I didnt need included

Really easy to use

I've used TurboTax for years now and this year was the easiest yet. The questions were intuitive to answer and made everyday sense when they were asked. The ability to skip sections that don't apply made it easier to finish the tax return. I haven't had any returns that have been rejected in all the years that I've been using the product and I'm not expecting it this year either. Thank you for an easy to use product.
What's great about it: Easy walk through of all the subsections, rolling estimate of taxes / refund due

Great Tools

Extremely easy to use. Even when we did not file for one year. Turbo Tax still allowed me to go back and get the correct year and file.

Does all the work

The standard deduction and my itemized deductions were only $85 apart. A lot of work could have been saved if there were some quick way to estimate if it is worthwhile.
What's great about it: Gets things in the right places, right.
What's not so great: Unable to know that it would be the standard deduction until everything totaled and entered.

2012 Turbo Tax Review

Best software bar none! Fast, easy to understand. Did a joint filing 2nd time in about 1 hour. Help is just enough with simple explanations anyone should understand. Only frustration I had was I spent 2 hours the first time doing my taxes itemizing all my donations including shoes and suits and shirts and socks and electronics ant a ton more. Then left the screen up so I could continue the next day BUT! I didn't choose save as and my daughter did homework and closed my window and I lost everything! Wish Turbo Tax had a mandatory auto save feature! Other than that Love it wont be going anywhere else for taxes EVER!
What's great about it: Fast and Easy love the software would never buy anything else!
What's not so great: Doesn't do automatic saves had to do taxes twice lost file.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

This is the 5th year that I have been using TurboTax - ever since I began investing in the stock market - and TurboTax has been invaluable for doing tax returns involving that type of information. Thank you. CRM
What's great about it: Easy to use step-by-step instructions plus capacity to search for any form.
What's not so great: No cons
