Fast and Accurate

The TurboTax 'GPS' made it easy to move throught the various sections, Income, Deductions etc. Using Quicken during the year was great in helping to summarize deductions.

Soooo easy!!

I had to apply for an installment plan to pay my federal taxes this year, and instead of having to go to the IRS website and search for the right form and figure out the correct way to fill it out, Turbo Tax walked me through the process and set it up for me! Definitely a big help, because I'd never had to do that before, and it was a bit overwhelming! Turbo Tax really does a great job of breaking everything down in a way that's easy to understand.
What's great about it: Easy to use because they walk you through everything step by step.
What's not so great: Some of the things you fill out are a bit redundant, but I guess that's just part of the process...
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used TurboTax for over 10 years and it's awesome! I would not do it any other way!
What's great about it: Easy to use, walsk you through otherwise complicated issues, makes sure you don't miss a step, guides you all the way.
What's not so great: Nothing!

What's great about it: STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS,
What's not so great: NONE SORRY, MADE EASY EVEN FOR A 70 YEAR OLD

My Sixth Year Using TurboTax

Every year it's become easier for me to begin and faster for me to complete. The year over year transfer feature makes data entry time less, assuming the source is the same and only the values need changing. Little if any incentive for me to try a competitive product or pay a tax preparer to enter the data in a proprietary program of their choice.
What's great about it: Straight forward Interview Method helps get it right step by step
What's not so great: None for me this year....

What a relief it is!!!!

The job is done when the paperwork is done! In the past, Rolaids and Alka Seltzer were the rewards of having accomplished the daunting feat of completing and filing your taxes. With Turbo Tax, the reward is a return compiled accurately,in a timely manner and filed with the click of a mouse. Oh!! What a RELIEF it is !!!!
What's great about it: Quick, thorough, accurate

Would be nice if one could print all verification pages as one goes as well as just the documents themselves.
What's great about it: Easy to use, do not have to be an account or tax expert to use.
