Tubotax is a snap

I used this product for over 10 years and it never give me
any trouble with IRS! You feel peace of mind around April 15
each year.

What's great about it: clear and precise ! just fill in the blanks!
What's not so great: none with the Deluxe for me as an engineer

Easier than I thought

This is the first time I had to do my taxes.
It was easy and straight forward how I was guided through the process.
The only negative was that I had to go through all steps, although most of them did not apply to me. There should be a way to just enter the data for a 1040EZ

2012 taxes

I have used TurboTax for several years. Then one year I switched to another companies tax software and was very frustrated with trying to enter basic information to complete my taxes. The next year came back to TurboTax.
This year I had difficulty with accessing the software. I called technical support. Although I had a wait of 49 minutes, I spoke to D. and he took the time and walked me through the problem even though it was 9:48pm. I completed my taxes the following day and was very satisfied with the product.

Tremendously helpful and accurate. Easily guides you through all steps and checks many times for missed deductions.

As always, TurboTax made tax preparation very easy. I especially love having my info from the previous year pulled into the current year's tax prep -- if I didn't have TurboTax my husband would have to take everything to an accountant.

What's great about it: Easy to complete, even when you have new and/or unusual challenges
What's not so great: Accurately calculates my (high) taxes - but what can you do?
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Turbo Tax 2012 review

I have been using turbo tax for several years now; it was simple the day I began using it; and it has become more adaptive and updated over recent years. The interface is pleasing and easy on the eyes. I like the fact you can stop at any point and come to the same place on your documents as they were when last used.
I like the support and the help files that are available to the user during the run of the program, not to mention the error checking and flagging of missing or inadequate responses.
All in all. I am one user that will continue to use this product year after year.
