Pleased with the Process

I was able to do an audit trail on income, deductions and taxes for all items in return except for total medical and dental expenses.
What's great about it: Guided interview to complete tax return
What's not so great: Unable to determine source of total medical & dental expenses

Turbo tax is so very easy to use. I feel confident in Turbo to find all deduction I am entitled to.

Finally Done!

I had to carefully scrutinize the Minnesota State forms. There were mistakes on the M1PR that I had to change manually.
What's great about it: All went well on Federal forms
What's not so great: Mistakes in Minnesota forms (still)!

Love Turbo Tax

Easy and fast!
What's great about it: I love that I can do my taxes at home in my time frame!
What's not so great: Nothing

great product that makes a miserable task almost fun
What's great about it: excellent process that is almost fun
What's not so great: under the retirement income section, there is no entry listed for a NYC employee, only NYS.

Not hard at all, can't believe I've paying my ex's "friend" three times as much (including state e-file and Audit Representation) for years!
What's great about it: Easy to use, clear explanations
What's not so great: None come to mind

Turbo Tax is a very good system for people who feel like a idiot when the did not know what could or should be added to your tax forms without the impllied judgement of an accountant who makes you feel moronic when you ask a question.
What's great about it: Patent for the ignorant
What's not so great: You still need to keep every little reciet and tax form
