A+ = Easy!

This program is easy to use and provides help as you go for seasoned tax filer. It is also easy for those being brave for the first time and filing on their own.
What's great about it: The step by step instructions with additional help if I need it right at my finger tips.
What's not so great: There wasn't anything I didn't like with Turbo Tax, just wish it didn't take so many forms to fill out my taxes.

Not enough info when asked to make choices.
No info on how to use Forms or that they would be incorporated into the return. The forms cover situations not addressed in the interview process but that information was not stated. There should be some discussion on what to do with situations not addressed in the interview.

Sooo Easy

This is our 5th year with Turbo Tax, it's easy, helpful, and convenient.
What's great about it: Everything is step by step, you tell what needs entering and where to find it.
What's not so great: when you choose I didn't receive a particular form it still asks for the info from that form
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This is a very good program for the beginner. The program is constantly checking for errors while information is being entered and directs a person to easily return to specific areas to make corrections. Throughout the program there are handy little links that offer information or help when things seem to be puzzling. A very nice feature is the ability of the program to download itemized 1099 information return from banking institutions providing accuracy and saving time needed for manually entering data. This program offers the feel good impression when the taxes are finished and filed!
What's great about it: Turbotax provides an easy and accurate method for doing taxes.

Easy to use

It would be nice to not have to type in the year for dates (it should already know). Sale of home, if the sale price is less than them max allowance don't ask the rest of the questions.
Very stream lined and made me think about all the possible deductions.
What's great about it: quick and easy
What's not so great: Things is should have known with out me filling in values

Excellent product. I switched to TurboTax from my previous tax software that I used for 15 years. I am sure glad I made the change.
What's great about it: Very user friendly
What's not so great: None

Ask too many questions. Prefer the forms method.
