Hate wasting Ink!

Surely you charge enough for the program. At least on par with other tax programs. If the Federal Government wants to charge you, for the privilage of printing their form (in it's entirety) then PAY IT!
There is absolutely no resonable excuse for using up Ink just to print LARGE BLACKED OUT AREA's!
Please fix this problem!
Otherwise, a very efficient program.

What's great about it: Covers subject well.
What's not so great: Printing of Federal Form is mostly blacked out!

We did not put in an IP pin thinking we could come back to it thinking it was a necessary part. Turbo Tax didn't take us back to it but after doing some research using Turbo Tax tools we discovered since it was the second person listed on the return and not the primary, we didn't need it. That was a bit frustrating but glad we found the answer using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Enables me to do my own taxes so much more quickly and accurately.
What's not so great: Hard to find some answers.

Our taxes are way to complicated and need to be simplified. Until that happens I'll continue to use TurboTax to get through all of this tax craziness.
What's great about it: Question and Answer Format makes it easy
What's not so great: I just don't like how complicated our taxes are

i've used the sotfware for 10 years with success in doing the
work and the filings. if you've ever filled the forms out by yourself you'd know how much easier using turbotax is.
the ease of "doing the filing" is worth the cost of the CD. i dont like the selling of more advanced software during the
question period or the constant reminder that turbotax
is doing all it can to get you a refund.... after all its your info that generates the yes/no on the refunds. i would like to see
the tax form being filled out as i am answering all the questions (split screen or something). would also like to be able to CALL turbo tax when i hit a snag and have the TEL # VISIBLE ON EVERY QUESTIONING PAGE!!!!!!!

What's great about it: things presented clearly for fed (not always for state); no booklet readings necessary; constant calculation update;
What's not so great: not always clear where you are in the form; tel #'s for talk help nowhere to be seen; no explanation bubbles for state

Overall, I like the product, and as long as it continues to work well for me I will continue to use it.
What's great about it: Easier than doing it manually
What's not so great: Occasional errors that don't get caught like dependents that you cannot claim.

It only took me an hour to do my federak and state taxes. If I had a question, it answered it for me. You guys are great!!

Turbotax has always been simple to use, even though we have fairly complex taxes with a small business. This year's version appeared streamlined and even simpler to use.
