So easy!

I can complete my taxes quicker with TurboTax than putting the files together, making an appointment with and paying a CPA, waiting weeks for the return to be completed and have the CPA, invariably, make a mistake that delays my return.
What's great about it: Fast and easy to complete, refund comes very quickly
What's not so great: Can't think of any

Love using TurboTax to do our taxes. My husband has his own S-corporation and this program holds my hand when entering his information. I can do this at my own leisure and don't have to make an appointment with someone, it doesn't get any better than that!
What's great about it: everything

The Easy Way to Go!!

The first time I tried to use Turbo Tax, I was very unsure of myself - but that feeling dissipated once I realized that I really could do it! I love not having to enter last year's information myself, and having the program walk me through step by step so that I did not overlook anything. I'll be back to Turbo Tax again next year.
What's great about it: Last year's information is automatically done for me, Walking through the requirements step by step - wonderful!
What's not so great: Telephone lines for a question - long wait. But, then again, call was made at a very late date!

I entered my personal information and ansered no when asked if I had any dependents...
Several times when reviewing the forms I was told that I had 50 errors. These errors related to needed information for dependents (first name, last name, dob, etc..)

This was very aggravating ! !

electronic filing for state returns should be included.
What's great about it: Easy to Follow, well organized
What's not so great: Cumbersome update process if you don't have high speed internet connection.
