Fast & Easy

I have been using Turbo Tax now for several years and plan to continue in the future. Previously I used Tax Cut and was dissatisfied. Turbo Tax offers much better support!
What's great about it: turbo tax walked me through unfamiliar territory, step by step
What's not so great: There wern't ready answers to some of my questions

Can switch from guided step-by-step to find it on your own. Can save at your last step; and it returns you to that place next time. Easy to change/update info. Been using Turbo Tax for years!

I have used Turbo-Tax to complete my family taxes for many years. The improvements made each year make it more and more user friendly and more appealing for the person who does not need to have the taxes professionally done. The best part of the program is the interview process which leads me through the complicated forms and then prints the finished product as if the forms had been filled in by hand. I trust the program's mathematics to get right for me the first time. Emails from Intuit keep me informed of my e-filed return's status so there are few worries.
What's great about it: Interview questions make it a snap to complete the forms.
What's not so great: None.

I love using it, I hated using paper.. Turbo Tax has your Back!
What's great about it: Easy to use, you feel more confident filing with Turbo Tax then with papers

1012 Tax

I have used this program for years and I am very happy with tit. I can go forward or backward with ease. Allows me piece of mind to recheck an entry. Does all the Math and lets me know where I stand on getting a refund along the way. No need for me to even consider another program.
What's great about it: Very easy. Asked for all of the information,and then some, needed.Very easy to go back and forth in the program.

I have used Turbo Tax since about 1978. I find it easy to use and very informative. I especially like the donations-in-kind feature with the values listed of each item.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Some entries not clear what is wanted
