Easy to Use even with no knowledge of taxes

Love the program been using it for years, would not use any other tax program. Help section is very informative.
What's great about it: easy to understand language
What's not so great: For repeating the same info, there should be an easier way

I've used Turbo Tax every year since 1994 and not once have I considered changing to a competitor.
What's great about it: Excellent guidance - not complicated - easy to check previous entries.
What's not so great: NONE

Turbo Tax 2012

I did my 2011 on Turbo Tax, but my computer crashed so I lost that electronic information and had to enter personal data.
What's great about it: Easy, Clear
What's not so great: Accessing past years info
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

For several years in succession, I have been unable to e-file through TurboTax. It happened again this year, although I've paid for such service, like an idiot.

Hard to make corrections, errors prevented filing

Schedule B errors forced me to download desktop vr
What's great about it: Filled out all the forms for me
What's not so great: Updating Sales Tax deduction was hidden in a submenu under the state tax rate (adding large purchases). Schedule B bad.
