Efficient

Job expenses: I am not sure I received credit for "communication" expenses. When entering utilities Turbon tax states you'll enter in up coming "general" expense section. I didn't find "general" section so entered as unreimbursed along with toner and paper.
I am much more confident that returns are accurate and appropriate deductions were entered versus manually interpreting forms and publications. I am not familiar with similar tax preparation products offered by other vendors.

What's not so great: If edit must redo all radio buttons, etc.

The way to go. Even makes me an "expert" of sorts able to help others by what it has taught me. I have used Turbotax for years now after 20 years of using an accountant and I have never had a problem or an audit.
What's great about it: ease of use, guide is the way to go. Comprehensive
What's not so great: It would be nice but unrealistic if it could enter the data for me.

Money!

Still using turbo tax since 2005. Love how quick, efficient and easy the software has gotten. I just wish state would allow for ffree Efile like federal does. But then again, that's not Turbotax's fault. I highly reccommend this product for anyone with no tax experience, and especially if you don't know what deductions you qualify for, and you aren't itemizing.
What's great about it: Ease of use, quick to finish, no jargon
What's not so great: Paying to efile for state
Pros: I had a baby

I like the fact that TurboTax have experience CPA's on their staff to assistance the taxpayer with any help needed.
What's great about it: Works better than going to see a person.
What's not so great: Software better than the others on the market.

could not figure out how to navigate to a specific line without clicking thru lots of redundant stuff.....very agrivating.
