Was not happy about charge for state efile.
What's great about it: Easy to use

For a few years now I have taken over the tax filing from my husband since I am doing all the other financial stuff.
I have tried other tax programs which gave instructions that where confusing and difficult to follow. Turbo Tax guides me through this process in easy to follow steps and gives me peace of mind that I have completed my taxes correctly..
I particularly like all the different questions they ask to make sure I don't overlook anything. I probably would not file our taxes myself if it was not for Turbo Tax which is also a lot cheaper than having my taxes done by a tax service.

I HAVE BEEN A TUBOR TAX MAN FOR 6 YEARS AND LOVE IT.. THIS YEAR I CAN MADE A PDF FILE FOR MY RECORDS. AND IF I HAVE TO PRINT A COPY IT EASE.
What's great about it: HOW FAST IT IS

I have been doing TT for eight years or so and will contine to use TT. It is just and easy thing to do and I have confidence that my taxes are done right and that I am getting a full refund. Important to me because the government spends my money on wasteful and foolish stuff.
What's great about it: Every year it seems to get easier and faster to work through my taxes with TT.
What's not so great: no to think of.

Professional help has me on my way

I have been obtaining forms and doing my own taxes since I was 17. The last few years have had complications so I have turned to TurboTax. This year I had a couple of issues that would have stopped me in my tracks. Thanks to quick, free, online access to professionals, my questions were answered and I was on my way.
