As always I was done with my tax forms before I even knew it. TT is amazing and I will be using it each and every year. I have gotten several of my close friend to use it instead of going to an expensive accountant. All of them agree that it has saved them money and TT is easy to use. My only complaint is that I didn't use TT sooner.
What's great about it: Quick and easy to follow

No Refund

I used Turbo Tax, but had to pay taxes, but not because of any shortcomings on the part of Turbo Tax. It is just easier and quicker to do than filling via USPS.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Nothing

I've been using TurboTax since 1996, and no real issues yet.
Answers to questions are in there, but searching for the right location may be difficult.
I wish there were an easier way to carry forward basic info from year to year.

What's great about it: The program and the help items, covered every topic...
What's not so great: ...but sometimes it was difficult to find out where the answers were.

hard to maneuver

There should be a better explanation for how to correct an input that is not allowed in the form. For example in the wrap up it asked for my name and I typed in my full name and kept getting error messages. It should have said first name only and last name only instead of just red boxes when inserted incorrectly. Also it is very difficult to go back to the raw input forms regarding information on Mutual Fund long term gains.
What's great about it: printed copy looks great
What's not so great: not enough explanation on how to change an input

quick and easy

it is very difficult to remember all the different ways to save on taxes, TurboTax walks you though everything and gives good definitions of what is being asked.
TurboTax allows you to finish one section and then go back and edit a section you completed earlier if you remember something that needs to be added or changed.
it checks for errors which is always good since tax forms are so difficult to understand already.
I finished my taxes in less than two hours.

I've used this for years and am quite satisfied. Accccurate with all the information. I just wish that there was a phone number to call if I have a question.
What's great about it: Accurate; concise, usually easy to use
What's not so great: Sometimes difficult to interpret the question asked
