When I selected "update" for tax-exempt dividends and went to the next page, upon selecting "continue" it went back to the Income Page. I had to go to the form and enter it manually, and missed some info needed that was picked up later.
What's great about it: good produc t since 1999
What's not so great: couldn't access tax-free dividends

We have used Turbo Tax for several years and it gets easier and easier each year. Unless we have a problem we will always use Turbo Tax and recommend it to friends and family.
What's great about it: Easy, step by step guide
What's not so great: Unable to update It's Deductible changes automatically

The Deluxe package leads you to believe that state filing is free when it is not. Even in the program it states that you get "one state free" and you do not!
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: The packaging is deceptive.

goofed my state E-File

I have used Turbo Tax for approximately 15 years, no problem until this year.
The federal worked well and e-filed fine
the MA state tax worked well for me but I was unable to e-file and had to print and snail mail my return.
What's great about it: Federal tax

TurboTax is Awesome!

Highly recommend TurboTax. Very user friendly. Have been using for many years now. Never had problems. Like the ability to roll over data from the prior year with ease.
What's great about it: Easy to use, Inexpensive, Informative, Up to date
