What's great about it: NOT TO BAD TO WORK WITH
What's not so great: RIPE OFF ON E-FILING. HAVE TO PAY $50 TO BUY THEN PAY $50 TO E-FILE

I have used Turbo Tax for over 15 years now, and every edition is so easy to use. I have used several different levels of Turbo Tax and have had excellent results each year.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions. Step by step procedures.

I've been using Turbo-Tax for over 12 years and will continue to use it. It just keeps getting better and better each year.
Simple to use, hold your hand through the entire process.

What's great about it: Perfect - easy - smooth to use
What's not so great: None with the exception that it is a bit slower than previous years
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using TurboTax since 2004. Each year I have the assistance of the previous year's reviews already keyed up and ready to go. TurboTax asks me all the right questions that apply to me and allows me to go into the area even if it doesn't apply to me so that I am sure I have addressed every aspect of my return. It turns out that those areas don't apply to me after all, but it feels good to know that I haven't missed anything.
What's great about it: TurboTax asks all the questions and allows me to go into each area even if they think that I don't need it.

I have used Turbo Tax for 11 years and this is the first time it through me for a loop, just one page.
What's not so great: Medical Expenses page came back as a repeat, not enough information for a judgement call

Difficulties with Completing Return

Everything went smoothly except after entering my Federal annuity information (I'm a Federal retiree) I was asked about RMD. Asking about RMD about a retirement annuity from the Federal government doesn't make any sense to me. It seemed like the answer should have been "No" but that led to more irrelevant questions. I'm still not sure if I answered it correctly.
What's great about it: Nearly everything was straight forward for my simple return
What's not so great: The RMD section was confusing.
