very happy with the entire process

very good program it makes it very easy to file your taxes no matter how complex
What's great about it: easy, cost effective
What's not so great: can't think of any
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easier Than I Thought

I was dreading getting started but TurboTax helped all the way through- even lets you know what papers you need to collect! Highly recommended.
What's great about it: Detailed instructions all the way through
What's not so great: Absolutely NONE

I like being able to look at each form individually for details. The program is thorough! I find the wizard walking me step by step really helpful.
Great Job guys!!
What's great about it: Importing all my information is a snap!
What's not so great: Missed my deadline to download Free Quicken...

I've been using Turbotax for years now. Very easy to use, went quickly and smoothly. In a couple of spots I found myself wondering how a number was computed both this year and last, it was easy to figure out for this year but I had to enter last years Turbotax to find out about last years computations.
What's great about it: interview process was simple. whole process was pretty quick
What's not so great: wanted easy access to appropriate info from last tax year to explain calculations.

Can't tell you how much I enjoy using TurboTax. It's easy, quick, and provide a feeling of confidence in accurately completing the forms. You've taken the fear out of filing my taxes - don't have to worry about adding incorrectly, overlooking a deduction - TurboTax takes away all those fears. Great job! thanks
What's great about it: Ease in entering data .... thorough review, ease in filing, updated progress of amount owed/refunded
What's not so great: none - loved it all!

I have used TurboTax for years on and off and believe it to be the best available software for doing taxes. I have tried others in the past to save money (sometimes a free offer from a competitor) but I seem to gravitate to TurboTax. There is great consistency from year to year and you do not have to relearn procedures each year. I would like to see a better description of changes that occur from one year to the next.
What's great about it: Reliable, easy to use, good help features
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to find the right form.

Kept me from filing for an extension

Once again, Turbo Tax saved me. I was running so late I thought I would have to file an extension. But I decided to just start putting stuff in and in less than 2 hours I was finished.
What's great about it: Walked me through it all
