Another easy year (user since 1989)

As usual, a very good product and easy to use.
Suggestion:
1. Make the Charitable deductions simpler without the series of steps to simply make a new money amouint.
2. At thne closing step, the infomration already in your record should not have to be reentered - just verified as unchanged.
The system picked up the FICA taxes from W-2 and treated that figure as a helath insurance premium(?)My entries were correct

TurboTax veteran coming back year after year

This is my 10th year using TT and with each year, the software presents itself with greater clarity and structure. I've been skeptical in the past with TT or any tax software and have actually spent time and money to verify TT's product assurance by using other online softwares and even working with Tax Attorneys while running TT on my own. I am happy to report that in every comparison I've done over these past 10 years, TurboTax has provided me with the best returns!
It is simple to save an uncompleted return and pick it back up several days later. The large font and simple screens enable users to easily focus on the importance of each step. The HELP and hyperlinks offer substantial supplemental information. Although I've never required the use of a TT professional, this capability is readily available at the click of a button should you encounter any question not answered by the HELP menu. Printing tax forms and supplement tables is a snap and comes in handy, year after year.
I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of TurboTax Professional and I look forward to using it over the next 10 years.

What's great about it: The logical step-by-step walk through of the tax form is very simple. Large font and plain text. Thorough help!
What's not so great: None to report
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I had a baby

On my own but not alone

I have been using turbo tax for years. I am sick with a chronic illness. I like that I can focus on my taxes when I am well enough...sometimes that is the middle of the night. I have all my previous taxes saved easily on my computer. I love that it pulls previous data from my previous return and then reviews it.
What's great about it: I can work on my taxes on my time line
What's not so great: Trying to understand some of the vocabulary...which is more my problem than turbo tax's

Quick and Easy

Easy to use especially if you have used Turbo Tax in previous year as a lot of the needed info is filled in automatically. I espiacally liek the ability to save the records as pdf files for my archive of tax data.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Cost should be half of what I paid

I thought, as a small business owner, I would have to consult my accountant to do my taxes, but TurboTax was easy to use. I was confident, at the end of the process that my tax return was accurate and not at risk for audit. I would have missed some very basic deductions had I not used this product.
What's great about it: Easy to use, able to get all the answers I needed.

Tax Agony!!

I enjoy using Turbotax because I feel confident in filing, knowing that the software has checked multiple times over my entries for errors and audit points.
What's great about it: The software is great for auto-entering and filtering the necessary sections for speed of completing the taxes.
What's not so great: Some of the lines in the deductions didn't have definitions/explanations and are confusing to understand.
