Love TT, will highly recommend and use again
What's great about it: Love pulling info from previous years return
What's not so great: Difficulty determining if I was able to invest in IRA & Difficulty with home re-finance when using HUD sheet

Better and better

I've been using Turbo-Tax for several years. It's easy and convenient. Easy access to links that provide further information are helpful. I also like the checks it makes and the comparison to to the prior tax year's filing information.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Explanations are very helpful.
What's not so great: Not able to do print screen of confirmation page of filing before exiting.

Keeps Getting Easier to USE

Have used Turbo Tax for many years and I think it improves each year. This year besides being logical and easy to follow, it was easier to backup, check items and make corrections, if necessary. In the past, this was not so convenient.
What's great about it: Logical and easy to follow
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Fast and Easy and Relaxed!

With all the changes to the tax laws, trying to do our tax returns ourselves would not be possible. Year after year TurboTax has made it easy and fast. I could not think of a more efficient way to do this. I can do this in the privacy of my own home so even if I want to keep my bedroom slippers on I can!

Great product

Anyone who has ever used a tax seervice should at least try TurboTax at least once. I believe they would find it more economical and efficient provided they make use of the downloading features for investments. Personnally have used TurboTax exclusively for many years. GREAT PRODUCT!!!!!!

Been using Turbo Tax for years. Never had any problems except for one year when transferring the previous year, it made it so when we open the previous year, it shows the next years return. But I have done both mine and my parents, and it is very easy to use. Wouldn't want to pay a service to do it when it's just as easy to do from home at a fraction of the cost.
