Got Nailed This Year :((

I liked that you can stop one day & pick it back up where you left off another day with all information still in tact. I didn't like that it didn't tell me why I didn't qualify for the renters credit.
What's great about it: Very efficient & detailed
What's not so great: Reason why not qualified for renters credit

EZ to use

I really like TurboTax. The user interface is nice and guides you all the way. I have a lot of confidence that my return will be done correctly. Help is offered with the strange tax terms like "qualified/non-qualified."
What's great about it: Very Professional. Offers lots of help aids. Know what they're doing!
What's not so great: Check out and e-file is not straight-forward

A Terrible Task Made Easy

I've used Turbotax to do my taxes for the past five to seven years and haven't had any problems with it.
I've only had to input the personal information once. As the Children have grown up I just delete them from the dependents.
I'm now retired and need every deduction I can get. Turbotax guides me through every step of that process.

What's great about it: Just plugin the numbers
What's not so great: I have to buy it every year! Why can't I upgrade???

Done before Deadline - Maximum Refund Received!!

Two years ago I didn't use TurboTax & went to a preparer instead. I think he used TurboTax & added his charge...
Then the next year, I couldn't upload the prior year's info. Had to start all over again. Last year I used TurboTax to make it much faster by uploading the previous year. This year - the same thing. TurboTax just makes it all so easy! I'll surely use it again next year...
What's great about it: TurboTax asks all the right questions. Makes it all so simple.

I've used TurboTax for the past 9 years and it has always made filing taxes a breeze.

I love how the program runs you thru everything that might possibly earn a larger refund for you. I wouldn't have thought of the Earned Income Credit if the EasyGuide had not asked. Increased our refund quite a bit. Thanks TurboTax!
What's great about it: EasyGuide is awesome!
What's not so great: Nothing really, just don't like paying taxes.

This is my 5th year using Turbo Tax. Every year I dread sitting down and filing, but they make it so easy and stress free. I love Turbo Tax!
